Raw Fiesta Salad


Always a lover of the beautiful, and a picture like this says a thousand words denoting freshness and health. This salad is simple, low in calories and packed with nutrition.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cobs of corn - uncooked

  • 1 1/2 cups of cherry tomatoes – sliced in half

  • 1/4 cup red onion – thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil – finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt



Recipe Directions

  • 1. Cut the kernels off the corn cobs. Place in bowl.

  • 2. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.

  • 3. Mix gently and serve!
